HOW IT WORKS

From their workshop to your home

  1. 01

    Browse verified makers

Discover made-to-order pieces from independent workshops. Every maker's identity, business and workshop are checked before they can sell.

  2. 02

    Pay with protection

Your payment is held safely by our licensed payment provider when you order. The maker is notified and begins production — but isn't paid yet.

  3. 03

Confirm delivery — the maker is paid

Track every step from the bench to your door. When the piece arrives and you're happy, confirm delivery — only then is the maker paid.

BUYER PROTECTION

Your money moves only when your furniture does

Buying a piece that takes weeks to make requires trust. Your payment is held by our licensed payment provider for the whole journey. Imbaho instructs the payment provider to release the funds to the maker only when you confirm the piece has arrived. If it never arrives, you get a full refund.
